Chayote

Chayote squash is a perennial vine that is easy to grow. All parts of the plant - root, shoots and fruit - are edible and quite tasty. The health benefits are incredible. This is one plant almost free of any issues and avid to grow. It produces about 100 chayotes per year. This is a must in your veggie garden.
